How Do I Enroll for SL2 Communications?

By enrolling, you are providing your consent and opting in to communicate with the Inviting Company via voice and text messages through the SL2 Communication Platform. If you properly enroll, you will receive a text message on the enrolled phone number that confirms your enrollment.

Enrolling by text message:

  1. The company you want to enroll with will provide an opt-in phone number and an opt-in keyword.
  2. Using the phone from which you want to receive communications, send the opt-in keyword to the opt-in phone number. Helpful Hint: The keyword is case-sensitive and needs to be submitted exactly as provided.

Example: If the opt-in keyword is “SL2START” and the opt-in phone number is 480-555-4343, text SL2START to 480-555-4343 from the phone number you want to enroll.

Enrolling by email invite:

  1. You will receive an email from CellTrust SL2 Updates () with a link to consent to communications.
  2. Confirm that the phone number included in the email is the correct phone number that you want to enroll.
  3. Click the link in the email to confirm your consent. YOU WILL NEVER BE REQUIRED TO ENTER PERSONAL OR BUSINESS INFORMATION THROUGH THIS LINK.

How often will I receive communications?

The frequency of text messages and calls you receive will depend upon your relationship with the Inviting Company and its employees and representatives. Just as with other communication tools, some individuals may communicate with their bank, financial advisor, government or medical resources more often than others.

If you feel you are receiving more communications than desired, you can let the Inviting Company know or opt out of receiving communications by texting SL2STOP to the Inviting Company number, and that number should no longer be able to send you communications.

How do I opt out or stop receiving text messages or voice calls?

If you no longer want to receive any communications via SL2, text SL2STOP to the Inviting Company number and that number should no longer be able to send you communications. Helpful Hints: This opt out keyword needs to be provided in all caps with no other language in the message and sent from the phone number where you want to stop receiving messages. If you have more than one phone number enrolled, you will need to follow this process with each phone number or contact the Inviting Company for assistance.

If you want to stop receiving text messages or voice calls from only certain people from the Inviting Company, please contact the Inviting Company and let them know. They can help walk you through the process to limit who communicates with you via SL2.

Will you send me ads or marketing offers?

CellTrust will not be sending you any ads, marketing, or other communications itself.

Under current laws “marketing” can mean any offer of goods or services. CellTrust requests that you include consent to marketing communications so that the representatives from the Inviting Company do not have to use a different method of communicating with you if they want to give you information about available products or services.

If you have questions about the specific types of text messages and voice calls you will receive through the SL2 Communication Platform, please contact the Inviting Company. They can provide you with more details about how they specifically use SL2 to communicate with you and address any concerns you have about the types of communications.
