Bryan Glancey
Chief Technology Officer

Ali Technology VP

“Today’s smartphones and tablets are much more powerful and ubiquitous than laptops were just a few years ago. Mobility is now the backbone of the modern enterprise – but organizational mobile security has not kept pace with the rapidly changing mobile device landscape.”
- April 2014

Mr. Bryan Glancey joined CellTrust as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in April 2014 bringing with him over 20 years of industry experience innovating, architecting and developing Enterprise and Mobile Device Information Security technology for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies across the world. Mr. Glancey’s innovative security ideas have led to five patent pending software security solutions.

Prior to joining CellTrust, Bryan Glancey led the Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, entry into the global public sector as Director Public Sector & Security. While at Samsung, Mr. Glancey helped found the Samsung Government Advisory Board consisting of Information Security leaders from global governments and was instrumental in assisting Samsung in becoming the first handset manufacturer to meet the International Common Criteria protection profile created for mobile devices – the Mobile Device Fundamentals Protection Profile – for Samsung devices.

Mr. Glancey also previously held the position of Director of Federal Government with Motorola Mobility, Inc. (a Google company) where he focused on providing Motorola's secure, Android based, mobile solutions for tablets and smartphones to the United States Federal government.

Bryan Glancey co-founded and was Chief Technology Officer of Mobile Armor, (acquired by Trend Micro in 2011), responsible for taking the company from concept to venture funding to product delivery and implementation of large scale contracts including the US Army, US Supreme Court, Cisco Systems, CitiGroup, Chevron, Bank of America and many others. While at Mobile Armor Mr. Glancey, designed and architected several technological innovations previously thought impossible in the data-at-rest market, such as pre-boot network connectivity; pre-boot authentication using RSA SecurID® tokens; and extended graphical support for the disabled; single pane management of hardware and software security controls; and mobile device support for cellular phones and other connected devices.

Often sought out as a thought leader, Bryan has spoken extensively on information security, PDA Security, and Enterprise Security at conferences including The Internet Security Conference (TISC), SANS (System Audit Network Security), Defcon, PlanetPDA and Blackhat.

Mr. Glancey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Clarkson University where he concentrated on experimental physics, complex data modeling and electronic data sampling.
