CellTrust® Offers Ability to Manage “Everyday Life” Information Securely From Cellphones with CellTrust® WALLET™

Launch of CellTrust® WALLET™ Public Beta Underway

Scottsdale, Ariz. – March 21, 2007 – CellTrust® Corporation (www.celltrust.com), in the business of mobile-enabling personal data in a highly secure manner, today announced the immediate availability of CellTrust® WALLET™ beta, its automated, secure software and subscription service offering for cell phones. CellTrust® WALLET gives consumers the ability to use their cell phones to proactively prevent fraud and identity theft; manage personal account information including real-time flight and travel information, finances/banking, as well as retail accounts; and to securely purchase goods and services anywhere, anytime. CellTrust® WALLET is immediately available as a “free” beta download at www.celltrust.com.

According to TRENDWATCHING.com, consumers worldwide are becoming more dependent on extreme transparency and mobility to maintain control of their private and commercial lives – but not at the expense of security. Moreover, a recent InfoTech: Telecom Intelligence Group Mobile Information Management survey found that 87 percent of their respondents said they “always” or “usually” use the same mobile communications device for both personal and business activities and 79 percent of traveling executives stated that their mobile communication device was “Absolutely Necessary” or “Very Important” in managing their personal affairs while on the road for business

Satisfying this growing consumer and business demand, CellTrust® WALLET is built on CellTrust®‘s advanced, Internet-based Secure Mobile Information Management technology platform that ensures flexible management of personal account data. CellTrust® WALLET operates using patent-pending Secure Mobile Information Management (SMIM) technology and CellTrust®‘s Micro Agent Technology, which resides on the cell phone. CellTrust® Advanced Mobile Services provides for secure two-way communication between the cell phone and a personal CellTrust® website – my.CellTrust.com. Other requisite mobile security standards such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) allow data encryption between my.CellTrust.com and the cell phone, optional password protection, and Verisign mobile security certification.

“Mobile-wireless market momentum is quickly building worldwide for the type of product we are bringing to market today,” said CellTrust® Founder and CEO Sean Moshir. “CellTrust® WALLET goes well beyond just mobile payment to give road warriors and everyday consumers the ability to safely and proactively manage their personal life data while on the go.”

With CellTrust® Wallet, consumers who have established online personal accounts with retail and business organizations can now use their cell phones to access, manage, and receive information from these personal accounts. With their cell phone, they can now receive information regarding their airline tickets as well as hotel and rental car reservations with confidence. The consumer’s itinerary containing full activity details and confirmation numbers is automatically sent to the cell phone. CellTrust® WALLET proactively monitors for flight delays, gate changes and cancellations, and real-time notifications are sent as these changes occur. At launch of the public beta, CellTrust® WALLET supports several companies that consumers and business professionals interact with regularly, including:

  • Banks and Finance: Wells Fargo, Bank of America, CitiBank, Chase, Discover Card
  • Airlines: US Airways, Delta Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines
  • Hotels: Marriott, Starwood
  • Rental Car Services: Avis, Hertz

CellTrust® will officially launch and demonstrate the beta version of its CellTrust® WALLET software and services offering at CTIA WIRELESS 2007 (http://www.ctiawireless.com/) in Orlando, Florida, and will exhibit and educate attendees at Booth #237.
