When we first decided a compliant texting solution was non-negotiable and had to be a part of our technology package, we were looking at the archive piece. We said, okay, that’s the backend, but what will the Rep and Adviser experience be like? And what about the front end?
 

We wanted to protect our Reps and Advisers in addition to our firm, and we wanted to give our clients a new channel to communicate through that would be easy to use. We knew we needed a compliant text solution for them – no excuses.

For example, a client and an Adviser started a simple text exchange about financial strategies. During the conversation they discovered they were both watching the same basketball game! The conversation became a mix of the game and financial strategy. This further developed a strong bond between them. Having said this, they sometimes need to recharge. Some pretty cool features are available that set CellTrust SL2 apart from other options out there. One of these is the Out of Office feature. Almost always, when a client sends a text message, there is an expectation for a speedy response.
