CellTrust® Corporation is committed to the quality of our customers' experiences. CellTrust Support is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues caused by our system.


Support Policy

CellTrust's email support is free and available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm in Arizona Time Zone. CellTrust phone support is for emergency use only when there is an outage lasting more than one (1) hour or if 100% of the customer's transmissions are affected.

Your issues are important to us. To get the fastest and best results possible, we ask that you follow the Email Support Process:
  1. Customer sends an email to support@celltrust.com
  2. System responds back with a Thank You email, which includes your Case number and links to the top five frequently asked questions in the forum. The user is encouraged to look at the forum.
  3. A technical support representative will email a specific response to the customer within 4 hours during business hours.

Phone support is for emergency use only. An emergency is defined as an outage lasting longer than one (1) hour or a 100% message delivery failure rate.

Paid Incident Support is available at an additional cost. Please contact your CellTrust Account Executive for more information.
