I doing wrong? If you are sure that you entered your user name and password correctly, check to see that you have checked the box next to the EULA. You only have to check this box once, the first time you log into the website, after that you should not have to check the EULA again. |

| I have selected the alerts that I want to have
sent to my mobile device. Why am I not getting any alerts? For each card you will be using, you must sign up for alerts with that specific card´s email alerts. For example, if you want alerts from Wells Fargo, you will need to go to their website and select the alerts that you want to have sent to your email and mobile device. There will also be a section (if your card account provider supports this option) where you will enter your mobile device number. DO NOT ENTER A MOBILE DEVICE NUMBER IN AN EMAIL ADDRESS FIELD. YOU MUST USE THE SEQUENCED NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE "MY ACCOUNT" SECTION OF THE CellTrust WEBSITE.

OR YOU ALSO MUST PURCHASE SMS CREDITS TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE ALERTS TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. If you have not purchased SMS credits from our website you will not receive any alerts. This can be done at our website just go to "My Account" and click on "Buy SMS Credits", credits can be purchased in increments of 50, 100, 500, 1000. |
