| Does CellTrust support Premium SMS? Yes, the CellTrust platform and gateway support premium billing with all major carriers in US, Canada, and Europe. |

| Does CellTrust support MMS to sell ringtones and deliver pictures? MMS is currently available only on Verizon and Alltel networks. CellTrust works with all the other carriers to support a WAP link to deliver rich content to end user phones. |

| I have registered but I get an error message from CellTrust MyGateway. Why? Registration is not enough to activate the CellTrust Gateway. In order to send messages, a short code must be assigned to you. For help in this regard, contact your CellTrust account representative. |

| I can not send message to a specific number. Why? There are several reasons when a message fails: the number might be invalid (such as a land line), the mobile phone might not support SMS (such as a pre-paid card which only supports voice calls,) or sometimes carriers need to repair a routing path in order to send text message from short codes to a phone. You can always open a ticket to trace the issue. You will need the phone number, message content, date, and time and our support team will get back to you. |

| How secure are the messages? CellTrust SecureSMS utilizes a patent-pending, vanguard AES technology, whereby each mobile phone has a unique encryption key and decryption is limited to the designated device. |

| I am an existing CellTrust customer and I am using SMS Gateway. Can I use existing API to send secure messages? The SMS Gateway APIs do not support SecureSMS. |

| How can I purchase SecureSMS? There are no added costs for end-users utilizing SecureSMS if it is part of a service offered by banks, credit card companies, healthcare organizations, or any other entity that provides mobile services. Standard messaging rates may apply. If you wish to communicate with other handsets, SecureSMS Consumer Plan activation is required.
