Rebecca R. Ruegg - In-house Counsel

Ms. Rebecca Ruegg is CellTrust's™ in-house counsel and oversees all legal matters for CellTrust™ Corporation. She provides legal support within the company for various areas, such as licensing and contract negotiation, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and Human Resources. Ms. Ruegg also provides pre-litigation support to law firms protecting CellTrust's interests and assists outside counsel with matters, such as drafting and reviewing legal documents. Ms. Ruegg has extensive experience drafting strong, winning briefs and motions for complex, high-dollar cases in the Arizona superior courts, Arizona Court of Appeals, and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Ruegg is a licensed attorney in California and Arizona. She has a J.D. from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, M.Ed. from Wichita State University, and B.A. from Newman University.
