Job Description:
CellTrust is seeking an ambitious and highly-motivated sales professional to sell SMS Gateway Services and SecureSMS implementations. This position will report to the Director of Sales. You will drive new revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new opportunities from multiple market verticals. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business, sales and marketing plan for assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline and manage sales activities to ensure revenue goals are exceeded.
- Accurately report activity and opportunity pipeline data to management and enter into CRM in a timely manner.
- Maintain high number of weekly cold calls to potential prospects.
- Utilize Solution-Based Selling Techniques to:
 -- Stimulate Interest
 -- Identify, define and document Critical Business Issues
 -- Create vision of a solution to Critical Business Issues
 -- Effectively map CellTrust solutions to Critical Business Issues
- Work with Sales Engineers in preparation for demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with other teams or departments in preparing sales materials, technical publications or presentations

Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to:
 -- exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives,
 -- consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities,
 -- implement and follow successful sales processes that generate revenue
 -- analyze, interpret and negotiate complex sales-related documents, such as Requests for Proposals (RFP)  and contracts
- Strong ability to create sales presentations, messages, position statements, and other sales collateral.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate with and present to all levels within prospect's organization
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level, senior business IT executives
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Excellent PC and Internet skills, including significant experience with Microsoft Office applications, and web meeting tools.

Education, Experience & Training:
- BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of wireless communications and SMS a plus
- Three to five plus years of successful experience selling enterprise software solutions and services a plus

Senior Java Developer, Code: #CT129

Job Description:
- Java Code Development
- Liaising with internal technical team and Chief Architect to confirm requirements and designs
- Liaising with Quality Assurance team throughout test cycles
- Documenting solutions and technical designs for a variety of internal audiences to a high level of quality


Requirements:
- At least 8 years commercial experience of server-side Java development
- Excellent JDBC and database programming experience
- Demonstrable experience working with JSF and Struts Framework
- Working knowledge of JMS
- Experience with source control - ideally SVN
- High comfort level deploying and maintaining solutions under *nix
- Experience of having to write security-conscious code - understanding of secure coding principles
- Demonstrable and clear understanding of Java multi-threading concepts and best-practices
- Create UML design documents (class diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.)
- Diagnosing and fixing bugs found by quality assurance team
- Adhere to web application design best practices

Customer service representative and sales support, Code: #CT125

Job Description:
- Revenue accounting, Billing and Collections
- Proficiency in Excel a must
- Administer basic HR duties e.g. file maintenance and I- 9 Compliance
- Administrative assistance to sales department e.g. maintain customer files and correspondence.
- General office administration

Requirements:
- Process customers' orders in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, internal department and other sales/business partners
- Create and maintain customer profiles and key sales information
- Assist CFO and sales team in ad hoc sales duties including sales reporting.
- Participates in all meetings in order to understand and to support team and corporate growth and profitability objectives.
- Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Bachelors Degree in Business is strongly preferred.

Detailed Outline of Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting Admin:
- Process orders (will be working w/ Don)
- Maintain PM admin system for invoicing, collections
- Sales reporting (daily sales report, monthly sales report)
- Monitoring recurring billing
- Reconciliation of PM admin to Quick-books
- Accounts payable (short code leasing) - Neustar or CSCA website and be able to have visibility to short codes lease to be paid
- Mail checks to vendors w/accounts payable

Sales Admin:
- Phone coverage
- Maintenance of customer files
- Check to see if their Credit card is valid and authorized
- Make sure contract is signed by Celltrust and customer (quote or SLA)
- If customer cancels, make sure cancellation is inputted in the PM system and CRM (needs passwords for PM & CRM)
- Audit recurring monthly billing
- Run month end reports
- Reconcile recurring billing forecasts to actual recurring billing
- Track customer requirements that need follow up (might require to work with engineering team
- Each day do the daily sales analyst report
