How does it work?

The CellTrust Campaign Module enables you to define a workflow for the messages received from users as well as a series of actions that should be executed once a message has arrived. Pre-defined actions in the Campaign Module cover most of the steps any campaign might require. Below step-by-step action items demonstrating many of the features:

Features

  • Choose a short code to run a campaign
  • Choose a keyword assigned to the campaign. It also provides sub-keywords for flexible messaging.
  • Match words and phrases for processing incoming messages
  • Detect email address in the body of incoming messages (perfect to build email databases using SMS campaign)
  • Define responses using pre-defined templates. (see Template Module for more details.
  • Define an auto-response (a text, or response generated from Templates)
  • Sending a link as Wap Push (clickable link on cell phone) which can be used to download multimedia content and files, such as ringtones, wallpaper, games, etc.
  • Signature of message (to show which brand or program is sending the message to the user)
  • Organizing users' numbers in different groups (all the users who have participated in a campaign will be listed under a group for future contact)
  • Auto-forwarding messages - incoming messages can be forwarded to another SMS or email (SMS2Email and SMS2SMs feature)
  • Integration to third party application - out going messages can be reported to a third party application via API with all the message details.
  • SMS Billing: Premium SMS can be sent back to the user (for example to charge user to buy a ringtone)
  • Double-opt in - if user is required to double opt-in for the charge it will be mark to automatically apply the process before charging the user.
