How does it work?

The CellTrust Campaign Module enables you to define a workflow for the messages received from your subscribers, as well as the series of actions to be executed once a message has arrived. The Campaign Module covers the steps any campaign may require through pre-defined actions.

  • Choose a short code for a campaign to run on.
  • Assign a keyword to the campaign. Use sub-keywords for flexible messaging.
  • Match words and phrases for processing incoming messages.
  • Detect email address in the body of incoming messages (Perfect for building email databases using SMS campaigns.)
  • Define responses using pre-defined templates. (See Template Module for more details.)
  • Define an auto-response, (i.e., a text or response generated from Templates.)
  • Send a link as Wap Push (clickable link on cell phone) that is used to download multimedia content and files, such as ringtones, wallpaper, games, etc.
  • Add your signature to the message (to show which brand or program is sending the message to the subscriber.)
  • Organize subscribers' numbers into different groups. (All the subscribers who participated in a campaign are listed under a group for future contact.)
  • Auto-forward messages - Incoming messages can be forwarded as another SMS or an email.
  • Integrate to third party applications - Outgoing messages can be reported to a third party application via API along with all the message details.
  • SMS Billing: Premium SMS can be sent back to the user, (e.g., to charge the subscriber to buy a ringtone.)
  • Double opt-in - Automatically apply the double opt-in process in situations where it is required.
